The Court hereby orders that the record in this case be remanded to the Federal Power Commission for consideration of the merits of Louisiana Power & Light Company's contentions in conjunction with the consideration of United Gas Pipe Line Company's curtailment plans, policies and practices directed by this Court in Louisiana v. FPC, 503 F.2d 844 (5th Cir. 1974). If LP&L is dissatisfied with the FPC's decision after remand, it will be free to seek appropriate review from the FPC and the Court of Appeals under the provisions of section 19 (b) of the Natural Gas Act. LP&L's petition for review by this Court seeks to present us an issue in an unusual posture. The sequence of material events is as follows:
